PS: The name of the blog is a play on the Greek “Σοφία Ορθοί”, meaning “Wisdom, Arise”, chanted during the service of the Divine Liturgy of the Orthodox Church. You may see this at the following two videos that begin at the start of the Gospels procession. It is chanted by the priest (or deacon) after he raises the Gospels up high.
